Must Include:

• Fonts, if applicable (full family)
• Image specs: 300-dpi at 100%, Line Art 800-dpi at 100%, Color Mode CMYK

Accepted File Types:

• PDF (Distiller Options:  PC | MAC)
• EPS (Raster or Vector. if vector please convert fonts to outlines)
• TIFF (300-dpi, CMYK)
• JPEG (Maximum Quality, 300-dpi, CMYK)
• AI (CMYK, fonts converted to outlines, images embedded)
• .TXT (for text only)
• Compress all fonts into a .zip, or .sit file before sending

PDF is a universal file format that preserves all of the fonts, formatting, colors, and graphics of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it. Acrobat lets you convert any document into an Adobe PDF file, with its original appearance preserved, and then distribute it for viewing and printing on any system. PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed and printed exactly as intended.

How to create a PDF

Create a PostScript file from a document, and then use Acrobat Distiller to convert that file to PDF. You can also export from certain applications.
