RELAXED AND CAREFREE IN THE ISLANDS
Stained Woods And Subdued Hues Reflect The Breathtaking Ocean Vistas Of A Bahamian Residence
 
 
 
The aquatic hues, azure vistas and sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean inspired Michael Wolk’s design of Nicholas and Pamela Klonaris’ oceanfront condominium at Caves Point in Nassau, Bahamas. Located on the northwestern tip of New Providence, the residence juts out from the shoreline so its surrounding view is an endless sea of blue and green.

More importantly, the interior of this Bahamian home captures the Klonaris’ social nature. “They are a fun couple who love to entertain,” Wolk explains. “They wanted a refreshing palette, with no fussiness of fabric upon fabric and molding upon molding.”
The home’s subdued palette of pale yellow, sand, blue and green hues conveys the relaxed, carefree attitude of the islands. Strategically placed area rugs in neutral tones soften the appearance of
