This palatial, 18,000-square-foot estate in Manalapan, an exclusive waterfront community just south of Palm Beach, began with a plan to build a vacation home that would take advantage of the property’s beautiful water views. But when owners Denny and Betty Ryan saw the stunning result, they decided to make it their permanent residence.

The home’s exquisite architecture, furniture and finishes capture the grandeur and elegance of a 1920s Addison Mizner masterpiece. Mediterranean Revival and Venetian Gothic architectural styles come together to capture the feel of Old World Florida many decades ago.
