ABOVE: The tiles for the pool were chosen to tie in with the color
scheme of the interior design. Beyond the privacy hedge is the golf course.

Precast-stone columns heighten the room’s presence. “We wanted a grand entrance, and the precast stone emulates the look of cut coral,” Veller says.
One of the columns appears to neatly finish off a display niche with glass shelves. Above the niche, precast stone frames decorative ironwork.
A gallery acts as a buffer between the formal
dining room and casual family room, which adjoins the breakfast area and kitchen.
The breakfast area takes in a view of lush greenery through windows topped with a pleated valance.
“The valance has an eyebrow curve to soften
the square edges of the windows,” Veller says.

While coffered ceilings define the main living
areas, a faux-painted ceiling with applied molding distinguishes the library. Furnishings comprise a desk, armchairs and a blue plaid wing chair.
Luxury prevails in the master bedroom. Here,
an elaborate teal silk window treatment shapes the sitting area. Damask covers the oversized chairs and ottoman, underscoring the room’s richness.
Teal silk also drapes the windows in her master bath, where coral roho marble tops the vanity.
Outside, the inviting pool reflects the “Florida feel” of the interior with its sparkling blue water and colorful pool tiles.
