“There are no formal areas. That’s
not what this apartment is about,” Nieto says.

conversation area. Here, serpentine-shaped white
leather sofas surround a weighty wenge-wood cocktail
table. Against a wall, a plasma TV hangs above a
wenge-wood media cabinet with a white lacquer underlay.
