An antique chandelier — discovered at the Paris Flea Market — hangs above a baby grand piano, which appropriately takes center stage in the music area.
 
   
 
A Jean Roy ere daybed complements the clean lines of Vladimir Kaman club chairs in the living room. An Art Deco cabinet flanked by Tom Corbin trochees and Cartier-Bresson photographs completes the symmetrical composition.
 
 

Walls with a tone-on-tone checkerboard pattern distinguish the nearby dining room and main living areas, “an homage to Art Deco,” Haim says. “The neutral palette includes shades of ivory, with champagne and bronze accents.”

In the dining room, a distinctive Deco buffet complements a streamlined, contemporary ebony table. Dakota Jackson chairs covered in cream-colored leather make a visually arresting statement with seatback cutouts that echo the series of old Greco-Roman sepia prints from Paris.
