A mix of colors and textiles lends a collected look to the game room, where Bergamo fabric covers a banquette and lounge chairs accented with bold Brunschwig & Fils pillows. Here, an Ironware International chandelier from Tui Pranich casts an iridescent glow above a marble-topped cocktail table and F. Schumacher floral draperies.

Inside, an 18-foot-high ceiling that rises to 24 feet at the ridge makes for a dramatic entrance, where a checkerboard pattern of gold travertine marble flooring blends perfectly in the game room’s architectural footprint reminiscent of the Addison Mizner era.

Here, harlequin ceramic tiles climb the stairway to wrap the walls around the room’s generous proportions that accommodate a variety of conversation groupings positioned to gain full view of two televisions flanking a dual-sided fireplace.
