FLORIDA DESIGN'S REACH extends across the United States and around the globe to more than 50 countries. As Florida is heralded as a design capital of the world, designers and homeowners everywhere look to the pages of our magazine to find inspiration and resources when furnishing primary and vacation homes.

And we've seen proof of this as recent as our last issue, where a painting by Alabama-based Jeannie Maddox displayed in one of our featured Boca Raton, Fla., homes garnered the artist phone calls and purchases from admirers in Vermont, California, Austria and more.

Robert Ross, owner of California Designs, Inc. and California Hard-wood Shutters in Juno Beach, Fla., too shared with us news of recent sales due to his ad in Florida Design. Ross received a significant job from a Colorado designer for a $21 million oceanfront estate in Palm Beach, Fla., as well as a substantial purchase from a Chicago designer for The Bear's Club in Jupiter, Fla.

With the Design Center of the Americas in Dania Beach, Estero's International Design Center, Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, the Miami Design District and so much more, it's no wonder why Florida remains in the design limelight.
