rom January to March, West Palm Beach becomes "the destination" for
the world's most prominent art and antique enthusiasts. Each year, the
International Pavilion of the Palm Beaches plays host to a trio of world-class
art fairs sponsored by International Fine Art Expositions: ArtPaImBeach Modern
and Contemporary Art Fair from Jan. 8 to 14, 2003; Palm Beach International Art
& Antique Fair from Jan. 30 to Feb. 9, 2003; and ARTform from March 6 to
