“But I saw its potential and decided to buy it for myself. I purchased it against everyone’s advice. The excellent lighting, curved architecture and expansive terrace helped finalize my decision. I had a gut feeling I could make this apartment into something special.”
With a little foresight and much work, Bernal transformed the once-crowded condominium into an airy loft that takes full advantage of its panoramic views of downtown Miami.

The pie-shaped apartment opens to a narrow foyer, then fans outward to a terrace that extends from the living area to the master bedroom.
