In a condominium overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Florida’s Panhandle, designers Robert Weinstein created a uniquely personal residence for the developer of the building and his wife, who wanted to make the two-story penthouse their permanent home. “This area is one of the last ‘undiscovered the state,” Weinstein says.

“The developer was very prescient in building the first, truly luxury condominium here, and we were honored that he and his wife chose us to work with them.”

Starting with a raw shell, Weinstein and Balaban drew on the owners’ refined taste and inherent design sensibility as their plans evolved.
