and hostess chairs anchor a Chinese Chippendalestyle table from the owners’ previous residence. Asian-inspired chairs line both sides of the table.

In the breakfast room, a glass-topped table with a carved-wood pineapple base makes a welcoming statement. “The owners requested a more casual ambiance — something informal but still gracious and elegant,” Weinstein says. Carved-wood armchairs underscore the space’s relaxed mood.

The rooftop terrace, with its balustraded stone railing, affords yet another option for dining. “One could almost imagine the Amalfi Coast in the distance,” Weinstein says.

Inside, the kitchen features maple wood with a distressed bleached finish for the cabinetry and a golden stain for the island. Granite countertops, saturnia marble flooring and burnished bronze accents maintain the home’s polished demeanor.
