The rooftop terrace, with its balustraded stone railing, affords yet another option for dining. “One could almost imagine the Amalfi Coast in the distance,” Weinstein says.

Inside, the kitchen features maple wood with a distressed bleached finish for the cabinetry and a golden stain for the island. Granite countertops, saturnia marble flooring and burnished bronze accents maintain the home’s polished demeanor.
