Antique tennis racquets crisscross each other above the double doors in the library, which is also used as a home office. “We expanded the display area in this space to showcase Todd's extensive collection of trophies and tennis memorabilia,” says Lynne McKee who teamed with Brooks on the design.
 
 
 
 

Despite their locations at opposite ends of the globe, Sydney, Australia, and Orlando, Fla., share a common bond „ both cities are home to Australian tennis champion Todd Woodbridge, his wife, Natasha, and their children. Todd became interested in Central Florida about a decade ago when he played mixed doubles in the U.S. Open with fellow Aussie Elizabeth Smylie, who lived in the Orlando area.

"When Natasha and I finally decided to build a home in the states, we wanted to live where we felt a sense of community, and the mild climate here made it all the more appealing," Todd says.

The couple selected a site in Isleworth in Windermere, Fla.„ the exclusive golf course community home to many other tennis and golf pros. With the golf course at his back door, Todd can play his "second favorite sport."
