The metallic gleam of copper reappears in the kitchen. Resin-treated copper countertops provide a rich contrast to white, distressed-wood cabinetry. The adjacent breakfast area takes in a view of the patio and pool area, affording a cheery setting for informal dining.
In contrast to the casual breakfast area, the master bath exudes an air of opulence that carries into the master bedroom. Every inch a

boudoir, the room features an antique white French bed with a hand-painted floral motif that strikes a romantic silhouette against rose-colored walls.
“It’s feminine, but I like it,” Ken says. “My wife and I compromised — I have the billiard room, and she has the boudoir.”
