The architectural firms of Gary Handel & Associates
in New York and Bermello Ajamil & Partners,
Inc. in Miami designed the Four Seasons Hotel and
Tower Miami.

Phil Martin, of Bea International in Coral Gables
and West Palm Beach, created the condominium tower
residence models with an international flair in
mind.

Cabanas line the largest of the three pools on the
Grand Pool Terrace. Located on the 7th floor, this
lush, 2-acre oasis offers hotel guests and residents
an escape from the South Florida sun. A restaurant
and lounge add to the outdoor offerings.

What offers
sweeping views of downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay and
the Atlantic Ocean; is a five-star hotel, luxury
residential condominium and office tower all in
one; and bears one of the most respected names in
the industry? The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower Miami,
of course.
Rising 70 stories into the sky in the heart of the
Brickell district, the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower
Miami is the newest multi-use building to dot, or
should we say, dominate, South Florida's cityscape.
Opened in October 2003, the 800-foot-tall structure
has earned the distinction of being the tallest
residential building south of Manhattan. Identifiable
by its handle-like top, the Four Seasons is super-sized
in more ways than one.
Comprising 222 hotel rooms, 84 condominium hotel
residences and 186 condominium tower residences,
the Four Seasons also features 200,000 square feet
of office space and a 40,000-square-foot spa and
sports club – Sports Club/LA Miami –
one of its signature amenities. In addition, a 2-acre
Grand Pool Terrace, designed by master landscape
architect Dan Kiley, includes three pools, an outdoor
restaurant, a tropical lounge, sundecks, 25 pool
cabanas, and a palm grove for wading in the water
under the shade of tropical palms. A 20-foot waterfall
provides a fitting backdrop for the urban oasis.
Developed by Millennium Partners, one of the country's
leading builders of properties that integrate five-star
hotels with luxury condominiums, the Four Seasons
stands out not only for its size but for what it
offers visitors and residents alike.
While travelers from around the globe visit the
Four Seasons hotel to experience its world-class
service and luxurious amenities, others come to
live – permanently, seasonally or temporarily
– in its tower residences and condominium
hotel residences.
